We need to simultaneously relocate several employees from different countries to our new factory in China. How does this work?
You give us the main details and we'll draw up a plan of action. We'll contact all service providers, authorities, consulates, moving companies, estate agents, translation companies, driver's licence centres, hotels, airlines etc., ensuring the smooth coordination of the processes and cooperating on the level of each individual member of staff.

Do you offer relocation services for complete departments or companies?
Of course, we have successfully demonstrated this time and again. Groups moves have been among our core competencies since the beginning of the 90s.

How do you ensure high-quality relocation services?
Quality starts with the staff. The members of our team all have experience of working abroad, speak several languages and are given intensive training to prepare them for their job. Our staff are always trained in relation to specific tasks. The well structured documentation of our processes guarantees quality.

We want you to handle the immigration formalities, but we'll take care of the rest ourselves. Is that possible?
Of course, because our services are modular. You decide on the volume of service you want. Just as every assignment is subject to individual conditions, every company has its own philosophy and we adapt to this with competence and flexibility.

Immigration is an important subject. Are you familiar with the residency requirements of the different countries?
This is what we do every day. Our immigration specialists know which sections of the various immigration laws deal with the question of residency.

What about tenancy agreements? How do you ensure that our employee's tenancy agreement is in conformity with the law?
"Clean" contracts with no additional costs for the tenant and his/her employer are fundamental to our quality management system. The tenancy agreements of all our clients are subject to dual control. If any legal questions arise, our consultants can get help from a lawyer by calling our legal advice hotline.

What is the Tracking System?
The Tracking System is part of our database. It offers companies password-protected access to this corporate database so that they can check out the current status of the relocation service.
