One of our professional consultants will show your transferee around choice residential areas, pointing out schools and shopping centres and providing all relevant details about day-to-day life at the new location. If you wish, Professional Organizing can also arrange for your transferee to meet up with other expatriates during this orientation period.The transferee will be provided with a city atlas, a city guide and other valuable information material.
2. Temporary accommodation
According to company instructions and considering the individual needs of your transferees, we will find a suitable apartment hotel and handle all arrangements and formalities for making reservations, moving in and moving out. We will naturally be pleased to handle hotel booking as well.
3. Home Search
So you've finally taken a decision in favour of a new location. Now you not only need to handle a myriad of details, but to ensure that your transferees settle down in their new home. Our customised services are absolutely essential in this integration phase.
The scope of our services depends on the relevant corporate guidelines and/or the length of a particular assignment.

4. First steps in Germany

5. Move from Germany
Even after your employee has left Germany, we will continue to tie up the details of the move-out, which can take a while, as experience has shown.
